A Recreation Aide plays a key role in organizing and facilitating recreational activities for various age groups. Here's a general job description:
Responsibilities:

• 1. Activity Planning : Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational programs such as sports, arts and crafts, games, and special events.
• 2. Supervision : Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to rules during activities.
• 3. Facility Maintenance : Set up and clean up equipment and facilities before and after activities.
• 4. Participant Support : Provide assistance to participants, including those with special needs, to ensure inclusivity.
• 5. Record Keeping : Maintain attendance records, inventory of supplies, and reports on activities.
• 6. Promotion : Help create promotional materials for events and programs.
• 7. Emergency Response : Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.

• 1. Experience : Previous experience in recreation, education, or a related field is preferred.
• 2. Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods, lift equipment, and participate in physical activities.
• 4. Certifications : CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
