A server at a country club plays a vital role in ensuring members and guests have an exceptional dining experience. Here's a general job description:
Responsibilities:

• 1. Guest Service : Provide prompt, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• 2. Menu Knowledge : Be familiar with the menu, specials, and beverages to answer questions and make recommendations.
• 3. Order Management : Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• 4. Table Maintenance : Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
• 5. Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
• 6. Complaint Handling : Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate them to management if necessary.
• 7. Side Work : Perform pre- and post-shift duties, such as setting up side stations and completing assigned tasks.
